I’m happy to share my thoughts & always make the time to speak with ambitious or curious young folks. Given my own background, my advice is perhaps most useful to those who have a background in banking, PE, or consulting and who’re interested in moving into Tech.

Update: I am currently working fulltime for an awesome startup and unavailable for additional consulting work. We have a great team, the best product, and some excellent investors. If you’re curious about “working with me” in the more traditional sense, please reach out — you can email me, use the form below, or DM me on Twitter.

You can read a bit about my work experience on my About page. Previously, I have been available for independent consulting work.

I’m especially good at communicating & building alignment between operations teams (engineers, product managers, sales) and finance teams (investors, new owners) across a broad spectrum of business needs. In particular, I have worked on pricing, product strategy, forecasting & financial modeling, fundraising, SKU creation & differentiation, sales compensation and sales staffing, and more.

You can read more about my bio and work experience here.

Outside of work, I’m best known for writing about the conflict between zero-sum & positive-sum strategies in Economics, Technology, & Culture. With over 250k unique readers, my most popular essays are: i) The Germany Shock: The Largest Economy Nobody Understands, ii) The Uncharity of College: The Big Business Nobody Understands, & iii) The Bermuda Triangle of Wealth.

I like seeking input from all members of the teams I work with. I generally try to work with folks who are committed to mission success.

While I am no longer available for consulting, I am always happy to speak on the phone and provide advice, mentorship, or talk through business problems. If you’d like to speak, drop a note below and we can set up a call!
